The lighting and anatomy in this are beautiful - the soft shadows greatly complement the loose style and lines, and AJ herself is very expressionate, something which isn't too easy to achieve in equine faces. The detailing in how muscular she is and how there's emphasis on her legs rather than her arms and upper body is very nice, although my one gripe is the placement of the nipples; they're a bit too high, natural nipples tend to gravitate more downwards - it's simple logic, really, it's the easiest placement for feeding a baby. The hat looks a little too simple, unfortunately, perhaps the artist could benefit from studying hats a little - it doesn't subtract from the image, though, as emphasis isn't on the hat, and obviously isn't meant to be.
Overall, a very impressive picture, and I know a few friends I'm going to be sharing it with! Now I just need to assign those near-arbitrary scores DA insists on adding to critiques.
